Be part of mental health research!
Hi, I’m Mia! I’m currently running a study to help answer this question. This is important because some research suggests that being able to tell others about your mental health diagnosis can be good for your wellbeing, but it can be quite difficult for some people to do. One way of helping others in the future is to understand why this might be.
During the experiment, you will be asked to think of someone you would like to tell your diagnosis to, then you will be asked to fill in some questionnaires about how this made you think and feel.
The experiment should take between 30-40 minutes and you will receive a £5 gift voucher as a thank you.
