This two day course by St Mungo's provides you with a foundation of skills and confidence to develop and deliver your own training session on a skill, interest, or issue of your choice.
The course is aimed at Volunteers, Peer Volunteers, and those with lived experience of a particular issue who are interested in running a course through the Wellbeing College or the organisation you volunteer with that could improve the emotional, mental, or physical wellbeing of others.
