The aim of this half day course is to provide participants with a clear understanding of boundaries, including risks, covering such areas as personal disclosure, dealing with gifts and keeping ourselves and others safe.
This training focuses on the importance of setting and keeping healthy boundaries and how to identify situations before things go wrong.
By the end of the day you will:
Understand the difference between personal and professional boundaries, Have considered the impact of good and bad boundaries, Understand how to identify boundary crossing, Have considered the importance of confidentiality, and Have considered where you can go to raise concerns or gain support.
The session will be both practical and highly interactive using a range of exercises and materials. The trainer believes learning should be non-threatening, enjoyable and challenging of prejudice.
