Day Two: What is 'recovery'? Person-centred planning, Wellbeing development plans, SMART goals, handling criticism, keeping well
All mentors should have quality support from the organisation they volunteer for, You will learn the processes St Mungo's has in place to support its peer mentors who have mental health lived experience.
